Dr. Dinusha Mendis, Co-Director of the Centre for Intellectual Property Policy and Management (CIPPM) was an Invited Speaker at the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) from 18-20 November 2015.
The event organised by OHIM, Europol and Eurojust took place in Alicante Spain. It was a knowledge building conference on the infringements of designs protected by design and copyright law.
Dr. Dinusha Mendis, together with Dr. Davide Secchi of Southern University, Denmark presented on the Intellectual Property Implications of 3D Printing and Considerations for the Future.
Dr. Dinusha Mendis, Dr. Davide Secchi and Dr. Phil Reeves (Econolyst Ltd, A Stratasys Company) carried out a Commissioned Project for the UK Intellectual Property Office which led to the publication of three reports in April 2015.
